How does your laundry pickup and delivery service work?
Scheduling takes under a minute. Choose your pickup day, leave your bag outside your door, and we handle
washing, drying, and folding at our Glen Cove facility. Nassau and Western Suffolk customers get their order
back the next day, with text alerts on pickup and delivery.
How much does laundry pickup and delivery cost?
Our residential service is $1.95 per pound, all-inclusive — no delivery fees, no fuel surcharges, no hidden
charges. The minimum order is $35. What your laundry weighs is what you pay. New customers save $10 with
promo code FIRST10.
Do I have to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Most clients leave laundry on a porch, by a back door, or with a doorman. Place clothes in any bag for your
first pickup; recurring weekly customers get free heavy-duty bags. We text you when the driver arrives and
again after delivery.
What is your turnaround time?
next-day (24-hour) delivery for most areas near Glen Cove and Northern Nassau. Some parts of Suffolk and
Nassau get 48-hour delivery. You will see availability when placing your order.
What detergents and products do you use?
Premium name brands – Tide, Downy, Bounce and Clorox — or Oxi-Clean on request. For sensitive skin we
offer Seventh Generation and All Free & Clear at no extra charge. Specify your preference and we follow it on
every order.
Is my laundry washed with other people’s clothes?
Never. Every order runs through its own dedicated machines – never mixed with another customer, not in the
wash or the dryer. A strict policy since we opened in 2005

Based in Glen Cove, we serve 65 towns across Nassau and Suffolk County, including Roslyn, Syosset,
Manhasset, Port Washington, Garden City, Westbury, Huntington and Melville.
What happens if my clothes get lost or damaged?
Rare, thanks to our one-customer-one-machine policy and tracking from the moment your bag is picked up.
In the unlikely event of an issue, we have a clear and fair reimbursement policy.
